This app is issued free of charge by the Bruno Kessler Foundation (https://www.fbk.eu/it/), holder of the relevant treatment, and can be used exclusively by persons identified and involved in a trial carried out by Fbk in collaboration with for the Provincial Health Services of Trento in the survey aimed at the clinical evaluation of the app as a medical device.
The app is part of a larger electronic platform (ecosystem Trec), accessible to residents or domiciled in the Autonomous Province of Trento who have activated their health card.
Therefore, if you are NOT a person involved in the CAD trial or are not equipped with the credentials TREC or you have not installed the application "TreC_Lab: Basic module", this app will remain a "shell" will not treat you any figure.

The processing of data related to your device is intended to allow the download and download the app. The Diabetes Diary is an app that provides you, as a diabetic user involved in the experiment, the ability to collect and record in a structured daily personal observations related to your health and to your course of treatment. Your participation in the trial will help us to test the safety and performance of the app.

"Diabetes Diary" is an app that respects your privacy. It was, in fact, achieved by implementing the principles of the Code regarding the protection of personal data ( "Data Protection Code"), which constitutes the basic text to guarantee your right to privacy in the context of e-health and telemedicine.

If you consent, your data will be transferred on a Fbk server. Your data will not be sold to third parties or transferred to them if not strictly necessary reasons to your use of the app. The information you provide may be disclosed to third parties only in anonymous form for scientific and research purposes.
You can access, modify and delete your data at any time via the app itself. However, the server will remain as historic operation that you performed on the data.
