DUC Segrate İndir

The District Trade of Segrate, is a project, funded by the Lombardy Region, involving the municipal administration, associations and business entrepreneurs working together to improve the product range, expanding the services and planning events and initiatives dedicated to the city users.
The City of Segrate, as the lead agency, the Union of Commerce Tourism Services and Professions - Confcommercio, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Milan, the Pro-site, the National Alpine Association and private enterprises in the commercial sector and public establishments operating in the area segratese, formed in 2011, a strong and cohesive aimed at the creation of a Municipal District Trade of relevance in the manner prescribed by the 4th Regional Call "Districts of Commerce".
It is a large-scale integrated project that the City Council and traders and residents of the city have been waiting for. The redevelopment of the city's commercial realities, event programming and marketing initiatives, the development of modern and efficient tools (for example, the APP of the District) have allowed economic agents to enhance the commercial sector spreading in the city users the confidence to rely on commercial services of quality and zero km, improving the livability of the city itself, returning it to the function of socializing, meeting commercial exchange that allows a city to be alive and attractive.
The project proposal is the result of a strategy shared by all the partners, which is declined in the intervention program, in a process that brings together all the current and future interventions which tangible sign of the will to try to find effective and lasting responses to a situation currently difficult that can not be considered temporary, but structural and as such needs a planning and investment programs and a development strategy for the entire city.
Analyze the problems in force in their territory, involving from the beginning the Union CTSP and individual operators in the commercial sector;
    defined a planned course and shared an intervention program which starts from the willingness of partners to solve the critical problems, aims to produce concrete and visible results to promote trade, improving the competitiveness and innovation of the enterprise system, recognizing that sector a strategic and vital role in support of social and territorial cohesion;
    identified and proposed interventions for conversion and redevelopment of commercial areas "depressed", to increase over time the availability of neighborhood shops, the resident population, and help reduce the potential degradation factors;
    introduced incentives designed to encourage the development of the commercial sector;
    embarked on a multi-annual program of events and actions of animation to promote the vitality and attractiveness of the city towards residents segratesi and surrounding municipalities;
    endorsed the aims of the 4th Regional Call Districts of Commerce, making full use of the opportunities to field test new methodologies for the revitalization of the trade;
    initiated public policies for the development of trade and the redevelopment of the city, which is essential to enable the project to achieve the lofty goals of economic and social development of the city;
    promoted and implemented a closer coordination and functional relationships between the District Municipality and its partners, especially with Union CTSP - Confcommercio;
